We sincerely invite you to attend the 2026 6th International Conference on Electronic Information Engineering and Computer Technology (EIECT 2026). Sponsored by Beijing Jiaotong University, the conference will be held on campus from September 4 to 6, 2026. We warmly welcome all experts and scholars to join us, exchange research findings, discuss industrial hot topics and jointly boost academic advancement.

To guarantee your smooth campus access and standardize all academic presentation arrangements, we hereby issue a unified official notice covering campus entry registration rules, presentation submission requirements and core conference information. All scholars shall strictly comply with the regulations below.

1. Core Conference Information

· Conference Date: September 4–6, 2026

· Venue: Beijing Jiaotong University (On-campus)

· Paper Publication & Indexing: All accepted papers will be published by IEEE Press and archived in IEEE Xplore, with stable dual indexing support by EI Compendex and Scopus.

· Review Feedback: Acceptance or rejection notifications will be issued within 3–5 working days after paper submission.

2. Campus Entry Registration Deadlines & Requirements (Mandatory Reading)

· This conference is hosted on university campus. All attendees must complete campus entry registration in advance; failure to register on time will bar you from entering the campus. Requirements categorized by attendee type are specified as follows:

2.1 Domestic Attendees

· Registration Deadline: Complete system registration at least one week prior to the conference opening to allow the organizer to finish campus access approval.

· Mandatory Information for Registration: Full name, affiliated institution, ID number.

2.2 Foreign Attendees

· Registration Deadline: Complete system registration at least one month prior to the conference opening to allow the organizer to finish campus access approval.

· Reminder: Please actively follow up and confirm your registration progress to avoid missing or incorrect registration, which will disrupt your campus entry.

3. Academic Presentation Requirements (Exclusive for Accepted Authors)

· All authors of accepted papers must select either poster presentation or oral presentation. Authors with fully accepted and registered papers enjoy free conference attendance. Presentation materials are core archived documents required for paper publication; incomplete materials will lead to failed indexing of your paper. Detailed rules are as below:

3.1 Poster Presentation

· Eligible Participants: All submitting authors and self-paying attendees

· Submission Specifications: Vertical A1 colored poster in PNG/JPG format, covering research contents of your submitted paper with the official EIECT logo attached.

· Submission Deadline: August 28, 2026 Submission Email: eiect1@126.com

· File Naming Rule: On-site Participation/Online Participation - Full Name - Registration Order Number

3.2 Oral Presentation

· Eligible Participants: All submitting authors and self-paying attendees

· Registration Rule: Complete oral presentation registration via the official conference system by August 28, 2026.

· Presentation Rules: 10–15 minutes full-English speech focusing on your paper research. PPT shall be produced in 16:9 widescreen with all English content. We recommend marking the conference abbreviation and official logo on the first slide; no fixed template is required.

· PPT Submission Deadline: 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, September 2, 2026

4. Important Attendance Reminders

1. Each accepted paper entitles one author to free attendance. If the first author cannot attend, other co-authors may substitute to complete participation and academic presentation (on -site or online).

2. All accepted authors are obligated to deliver either an oral or poster presentation. Presentation materials will be submitted to the publisher for archiving and serve as a prerequisite for paper publication and indexing. Authors with papers under review may register for the conference in advance and supplement full materials to the designated email once acceptance is confirmed.

3. Please adhere strictly to all stated deadlines. Any inability to attend the conference or failure of paper publication & indexing resulting from delayed registration, missing presentation materials or incomplete campus entry registration shall be the sole responsibility of the author.

The preliminary conference agenda is attached to this email for your reference only. All agenda items are tentative. The final schedule, time slots and sessions shall be subject to the officially released conference handbook.
